Overview
- KeyVision collects only the information you choose to submit via the Contact form.
- At this stage, the Contact endpoint confirms receipt and does not automatically store submissions in a CRM.

- Name (optional), email address, topic selection, and message content.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and determine service fit.
- To improve internal operations and maintain site reliability.
Data retention
- Retention terms are being finalized. Once CRM storage is enabled, this policy will be updated.

- Cloudflare may process network-level request metadata to provide site delivery and security.
